Château les Donats, Rouge
A blend of Merlot 60%, Cabernet Franc 20%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%, Malbec (Cot) 10%. The nose is marked by the aromas of cherries and strawberries. On the background we see elegant and spicy notes. The attack in the mouth is lively and supple. Tannins are silky and soft. Recommended with red meats, lamb, duck confit or the ubiquitous cassoulet.
