100% Gamay. Encuvage in whole bunches for a semi-carbonic maceration of 10 to 12 days with two pump-overs per day. Ageing is carried out on fine lees in old oak barrels for 3 to 4 months to promote micro-oxygenation. Light filtration gives it a very beautiful ruby colour, subtle aromas of peony, violet and cinnamon. Ample in the mouth with a beautiful fruity attack. This wine will flourish fully after a few years in the cellar.
